Terms of Service

1. Scope
We provide design, development, automation, and advisory services. Deliverables and milestones are outlined in each proposal or statement of work.
2. Payments
Launch sprints require a 50% deposit to secure a slot and 50% on launch. Retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month with 7-day payment terms.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment you own the code, assets, and documentation delivered, excluding third-party libraries and internal tooling used to create the work.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared documents, credentials, and business information confidential unless written consent is provided.
5. Warranties
We guarantee the work will function as described at launch. Bug fixes related to launch scope are included for 7 days after handover.
