Data we collect
Contact forms collect your name, email, phone, message, and optional budget. We also track anonymous analytics via Plausible and ad platform pixels if enabled.
How we use data
Lead data is used to respond to project inquiries, schedule calls, and send invoices/contracts. Analytics data helps us understand aggregate behavior to improve the site.
Storage
Data is stored in Notion, Postgres (when Zenon Hub is live), and email inboxes protected with MFA. Workflow logs live inside n8n with encryption at rest.
Retention
Lead data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@zenon.az.
Third parties
We rely on Vercel, Notion, Neon/Supabase, Plausible, SendGrid/Gmail, WhatsApp Cloud API, and Telegram for processing. Each provider maintains its own compliance certifications.
